Shipping
- Available shipping methods and their costs are displayed at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
- Orders can only be sent to destinations where the purchase is lawful. We may cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled lawfully.
- Once your order is processed you will receive email updates about its status. Keep your order number for any enquiries.
Returns and order problems
If something is wrong with your order — for example, an item is missing or not what you ordered — email info@runzbotanical.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review every request individually and explain the options available in line with our terms and conditions and the law that applies to your order.
