What does Runz Botanical sell?
We specialise in strains from the Runtz family and its crosses. You can see everything currently listed on our shop page.
How do I choose a size?
Most products are offered in several weights. Choose a size from the drop-down on the product page and the price updates before you add it to your cart.
What do “indica-dominant”, “sativa-dominant” and “balanced hybrid” mean?
These describe the genetic lean of a strain as stated by its breeders. They are useful for comparing strains, but individual experiences vary and the labels are not a guarantee of any particular effect.
Are THC figures exact?
No. Where a THC range is shown, it reflects typically reported results for that strain. Potency varies from batch to batch, so treat the range as a guide rather than a precise measurement.
Do you make health or medical claims?
No. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, review the cart, then proceed to checkout. Your order total, including any shipping and taxes that apply, is shown before you confirm.
Do I need an account?
You can create an account to track orders and save your details. Your account is managed from the My Account page.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Whether a change is possible depends on the order’s status.
